  33. It is with a heavy heart to hear of Rods passing. I am so sorry and send my sincere condolences to Gwen and your family. He was such a wonderful and interesting man to work with. I have a few wonderful stories of my time working with him. My favourite involved a group of garden gnomes that had not been claimed. (Won’t tell tales though Rod.) And working night shift and “Houlahan” would come out over the radio, howling as there was a full moon. Many funny times were shared. He was the founding person for “The Gaza Strip”. It was an honour to know you and so sad that you have passed. Will be thinking of you Gwen. My thoughts to the Horwill family, from Trudy x
