Cherished and adored Grandpa of Jacob, Adam, Isabel, Isaac, Gemma; Emma, Chloe, Ethan; and Elijah.

I and my daughters Lucia and Lorin send our sincere condolences to Helen and her children on their sudden and painful loss. Having lost my own husband earlier this year, I feel especially sympathetic, knowing also that everyone’s grief is different. Bruce was my third (?) cousin and we hardly knew one another, but I’m very glad I was able to speak to him for quite while about our shared family history at Margaret Ross’s eightieth birthday party. He struck me as a shy and very thoughtful gentleman who, as the tributes here suggest, loved and was greatly loved by his family. Love and best wishes to you all.
