  33. 6th August 2024.

This morning the 6th August 2024 at 1:30 am a truely great person left us. Last birthday was her 88th birthday, her words to us on the phone were “I made it!” followed by laughter. Up until the end she was cared for by her loving children.
I had the pleasure of knowing this amazing woman for 10 years. She welcomed me into the clan and whenever we met her arms were outstretched towards me for her heart warming “Mum O’Brien” embrace. She was the hub of this loving family that made me know along with my incredible Angela that “I had found my tribe”.
Words are difficult to find that truely express how much she was loved.
She was in so many peoples lives. A true elder emparting knowledge and wisdom.
All of the clan have lost her presence and are sad. Her legacy will be in all our actions, our attitudes and in our hearts.
    I will miss her.
    Rest in Peace dear lady.
